We seek an Entry Level Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Design Center Office in Phoenix, AZ.  The ideal candidate will be an independent self-starter willing to work hard and learn our business. Hours are Monday - Friday 10:00am - 7:00pm with an hour for lunch. 

Duties & Responsibilities Include: 
  • Answer all phone calls
  • General Faxing/ Filing & Design Center Support
  • Create & Maintain Project Job Folders
  • Assist Coordinating Manager in managing timelines, due dates & work assignment log
  • Coordinate weekly / monthly meetings and take meeting minutes
  • Manage WebEx account and schedule conference calls as needed for all 3 shifts
  • Report hours per project, region & carrier and manage project trackers
  • Confirm project completion and gather all completed documents and file
  • Office inventory as needed and order office supplies
  • Other duties as assigned
 
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Word/ Excel/ Power Point) and Email
  • 2-4 years of previous office or retail experience.
